[visad] VisAD libaray updated

The VisAD library was updated to correct an issue with the Units.  You
may pick up a corrected visad.jar from from the ftp server at:
<ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/visad-2.0/visad.jar>

Here is a summary of these recent changes:
