corrected VisAD update

I have now uploaded corrected versions of visad.jar and visad_src-2.0.jar to the FTP site. Sorry for the earlier, premature release. This update contains one change:

  Log: Now that we call setTextureProperties from the ctor, we need to make
  sure that we don't reset the width to 0.
In addition to running this visad.jar file through the normal "VisAD Test Suite" (which includes all the Examples plus a few extras), we will also now include a few complex IDV (Unidata's Integrated Data Viewer) displays. Hopefully this will catch other issues before they get released.
