Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.

changing ConstantMaps

OK, that sounds oxymoronic.

I give some of my data color by adding ConstantMaps to the Display with
the DataReference. To change the color I currently remove the
DataReference and add it back with a new array of ConstantMaps. This is
a performance hit. Is there a better way? It seems that changing the
color could be done without removing/adding the DataReference.

Thanks,
Doug
