Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Hi THREDDS folks - You might enjoy a recent Unidata blog post on RAMADDA - https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/blogs/news/entry/ramadda-manages-diverse-digital-content I worked on this with Doug Dirks and put together a tour of Earth science data in RAMADDA - https://ramadda.org/repository/a/earth_science_data_tour For those of you unfamiliar with RAMADDA - it is an open source data repository/content management system/wiki/visualization platform. Originally developed at Unidata (starting way back in 2008) RAMADDA provides rich support for a broad range of data and other digital content. Similar to THREDDS, RAMADDA provides a THREDDS catalog API, OpenDAP and other grid services (subset, point/time series extraction, etc). RAMADDA has some support for defining grid aggregations but not nearly the depth that THREDDS provides. It is easy to install, configure and maintain and provides a range of complementary services to THREDDS. Give it a try! Lots more examples here- https://ramadda.org/repository/alias/examples And the main site is at- https://ramadda.org -Jeff
