Thanks for the report, Shane!

We've temporarily switched back to allow http access to the schemas, as we
had intended to send out a message first so that people could be on the
lookout for issues just like this (the schema related apache rules got
removed with a slew of other redirects). My apologies.

Did anyone else happen to notice issues? Are there others running 4.6.0
that cannot upgrade to 4.6.1 or above? We are being required to redirect
everything to https at this point, so we will have to enable this again
soon (in the next week or so).
