Re: [thredds] TDS and HTTPS

It is a Presidential order, from about 6 months ago.  People were given 2 years 
to migrate from that time.  Yes there has been some talk of seeking exemptions, 
 but if you have dealt with the government long enough, you know reason doesn’t 
always prevail.  It is not just speed, an abrupt change will break any and all 
scripts that access the service.  It is non-trivial.  They think about web 
pages when they makes these orders, and don’t think through (or aren’t aware of 
) the consequences to services.

So can you tell me the change to make in web.xml.  I want to start 
experimenting with it.
