Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
Version 4.6.1 (stable) of the TDS and netCDF-Java is now released and available from our website: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/thredds/v4.6/netcdf-java/documentation.htm http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/thredds/v4.6/tds/TDS.html To recap the somewhat confusing release situation: 4.3.23 was the last stable release for TDS. Versions 4.4.x never became stable releases. Version 4.5.x of the TDS never became stable releases because of problems with handling FMRC collections. Version 4.5 uses an older version of GRIB handling, and will not be further developed. Version 4.6.0 was not released due to instabilities in FMRC collections. The 4.6.1 release is the stable release for both TDS and CDM. Its main feature is a rewrite of GRIB handling. All users are strongly encouraged to move to 4.6.
