Could UNIDATA try and keep the documentation link (NetCDF Subset
Service Documentation) specified at the bottom of the THREDDS v4.3.
NCSS form page active a little longer. I know that v4.5 is actively
rolling out, but the v4.3 doc page already seems to be missing, and I
do not plan on imminently upgrading w/o testing
