I have a THREDDs aggregation configuration as the following where I used the
'dateFormatMark' variable to determine 'time' without having to uncompress/open
every single 1KM global daily granule (eg. ~3Gbytes uncompressed each granule):

Here's the URL:

The above configuration resulted to an Array of Strings type for 'time' which
is not CF compliant.
Question:
1) How can update my configuration of the aggregation via NCML so that it
returns a CF compliant variable type 'time'. and will work when I try to add
the Virtual NetCDF file with 'addXML.sh' in our Live Access Server (LAS).
Here's the error I get with the current THREDDS configuration.

compliant.

2) Do I also need to include in the NCML the following attribute to force CF
compliance?
