Re: [thredds] <addProxies> : Two <documentation> entries

Further to the issue with <documentation> elements, have the same issue
with <creator>, <publisher> and <variables> elements defined within
<metadata inherited="true"></metadata>, i.e. it appears to be any
element specified as inheritable metadata.

I am imagining it is a case that the <metadata> elements get added to
the file definition once as part of the <dataScan> process and again as
part of the <addProxies> process.

        displayed when viewing catalog

Hi,

Have a catalog that configures a <dataScan> complete with <metadata
inherited="true"><documentation></documentation></metatdata> entries for
"rights" and "summary". When viewing the catalog files using a web
browser (IE 8) these entries are correctly displayed for all files.
However, for the same <dataScan> entry have also configured
<addProxies><simpleLatest
/><completeLatest></latestComplete></addProxies> entries and when
viewing the files associated with them there are two identical lines of
"rights" and "summary" displayed.

Anyone else every come across this?

Kind regards,
