[SuomiNet] hourly PW solution outage --our RAID server is failing

I think its in some kind of panic. It keeps shutting down processes including my ssh xterms and ldm. All the data handling is on this server. Hopefully we can get data flowing again early tomorrow but I strongly suspect we will have an outage for the next 12-14 hours.
