MetPy 1.3.1 has been released:

* Fixed Plotting RGB imagery with the simplified plotting interface
* Fixed scaling of values for NEXRAD DPR (Digital Precipitation Rate)
products
* Fixed compatibility with future releases of Pint
* Various doc and example fixes
