[python-users] MetPy 1.0

Hi,

The MetPy team is pleased to announce the release of MetPy 1.0,
MetPy's first release with a promised stable API, including greatly
improved integration and use of xarray. This release also brings a new
style and organization for the MetPy documentation, including a 1.0 upgrade
guide. The extensive release notes and documentation links are:
