Subject:   Transition of Experimental Bulleted Winter Storm
           (WSW), Non Precipitation Weather (NPW) and Fire
           Weather (RFW) Watch/Warning/Advisory Products to
           Operational Effective June 22, 2011

Effective Wednesday, June 22, 2011, all NWS Weather Forecast
Offices (WFO) will issue WSW, NPW and RFW Watch/Warning/Advisory
products using a bulleted format.  No changes to product headers
or other dissemination codes will be made.

The bulleted format has been used experimentally by over 100 WFOs
and has received favorable feedback. It allows users to quickly
read and gather vital information leading up to and during
hazardous weather events.
