WHO: NCEP, NWSTG, NCF, NWS Southern, Central, and Eastern Regions

REASON: Record flooding expected over much of the Mississippi and
Ohio River Basins and New England, a postponed NASA Endeavor
shuttle launch, aiding response efforts for the historic Southern
U.S. tornado outbreak, additional rain and storms Monday and
Tuesday over affected areas, and extreme fire weather conditions
over Texas and Oklahoma.
