SUBJECT:  Discontinuation of the West Texas Weather Summary
          Product (RWSTX) for WFO Lubbock (LUB)
          Effective December 1, 2010

Effective Wednesday, December 1, 2010, the West Texas Weather
Summary product (RWSTX) will no longer be issued by the NWS
Office in Lubbock, Texas. This product is being discontinued
based upon user feedback and recommendations for product
consolidation.
