Subject: Soliciting Comments until December 31, 2010, on the
Experimental Model Analyses and Guidance Website

The National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) is
seeking user comments on the new experimental Model Analyses and
Guidance (MAG) website, located at:

  http://mag.ncep.noaa.gov

The MAG website showcases the NWS suite of graphical numerical
model analyses and guidance and observational database. The
experimental MAG was made available in June 2010. We are seeking
public comment through December 31, 2010. Comments on the MAG
may be provided at:

  http://www.weather.gov/survey/nws-survey.php?code=NCEP-MAG

The MAG is an upgrade of the current experimental NCEP Model
Analysis and Forecast (MAF) site located at

http://www.nco.ncep.noaa.gov/pmb/nwprod/analysis

Following a successful review and comment period, the MAG will
become operational and the experimental MAF site will be
discontinued.

More details about the MAG can be found in the Product
Description Document (PDD) located on the front page of the MAG
website.

For technical questions/comments about the MAG, please contact:
