November 2, 2010

Effective Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 1300 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), 5:00 AM Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) Juneau (AJK), Alaska, will modify its Zone Forecast Product (ZFP) by adding optional “specific site forecast” information to the bottom of the product. In the new format, specific communities will be listed within each forecast zone along with maximum and minimum temperatures and probabilities of precipitation for up to 2 days into the future.
