A regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared from 1500 UTC
(11 AM EDT) Thursday, July 22 2010 through 0000 UTC Tuesday, July 27
(8 PM EDT Monday, July 26) 2010.  NCEP, NWSTG, and NCF will participate
in this CWD to ensure a reliable flow of data.  The CWD is in effect due
to the potential impact of the tropical system on the Caribbean, Florida
and the Florida Keys.
