We have posted an update on Level II at: http://www.roc.noaa.gov/NWS_Level_2/BuildInfo/pdfs/Update_Lvl2.pdf. There is a lot of new information (e.g., sample Build 11 data available via archive and real time showing the improved clutter filtering and added data fields).
