UPDATE: ESPC received an E-mail from EUMETSAT informing us that: There was a communications link problem preventing EUM and KNMI distributing the data to users via EUMETCast.this outage was for EARS (EUMETSAT ATOVS Retransmission Service) regional data. Not the global data.
