[nws-changes] 20080417: new Radiosonde Replacement Sys-Albuquerque

The NOAA National Weather Service MicroART upper air system at Albuquerque, NM (WMO# 72365) will be decommissioned on or about April 25, 2008, and installation of the new Radiosonde Replacement System (RRS) will begin. No upper air observations will be provided from this office while RRS is being installed.
Beginning May 5, 2008, or shortly thereafter, upper air observations will be issued using the RRS and GPS Mark IIA Sippican radiosondes.
