[nws-changes] 20080125: NCEP-GRIB 1 to GRIB2

All NCEP model derived GRIB1 data currently residing on the NCEP and TOC FTP servers will be removed on 28 January 2008. Equivalent GRIB2 data sets are available on both servers. NOAAPORT data will not be impacted by this change. NCEP provides software to convert GRIB2 formatted data back into GRIB1.
