Service due to: Hurricane  Flossie over Hawaii

Consequently there are to be no changes, modifications or
upgrades to operational applications, products or systems.
The Critical Weather Day is in effect from 1200Z (08:00 A.M E.D.T.) 8/14/07 JD/226 to 00Z (8:00 P.M. E.D.T.) 8/16/07 JD/228.
