TIME...2 PM HAWAII STANDARD TIME...SEPTEMBER 29 2004 AT 10 AM
CHAMORRO STANDARD TIME...PRODUCT ISSUANCE RESPONSIBILITY WILL
CHANGE BETWEEN WFO HONOLULU AND WFO GUAM. THE PRODUCTS INVOLVED
WILL BE THE TRANSFER OF TERMINAL AERODROME FORECASTS /TAFS/ WEST
OF THE INTERNATIONAL DATE LINE FROM WFO HONOLULU TO WFO GUAM AND
TRANSFER OF SIGNIFICANT METEOROLOGICAL /SIGMET/ AREAS FROM WFO
GUAM TO WFO HONOLULU.

THE RESULT OF THE TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBITIES WILL LEAVE WFO
HONOLULU AS A METEOROLOGICAL WATCH OFFICE /MWO/ WITH WFO GUAM
LOSING THE INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION /ICAO/ MWO
DESIGNATION.

/TAFS/ WHICH WILL BE TRANSFERRED FROM WFO HONOLULU TO WFO
