INTEREST MAPS TO THE CURRENT ICING POTENTIAL /CIP/ AND THE

CIP IS A DIAGNOSTIC ICING PRODUCT WHICH DEPICTS THE TOTAL ICING
POTENTIAL AND SUPERCOOLED LIQUID DROPLETS /SLD/. THE CIP IS
PRODUCED AUTOMATICALLY USING SATELLITE...RADAR....SURFACE...
PIREP...AND 40 KM RAPID UPDATE CYCLE /RUC/ MODEL AS INGEST.

ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS IN ONE THOUSAND FOOT INCREMENTS BETWEEN
ONE THOUSAND AND THIRTY THOUSAND FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL. THE
FIP IS A FORECAST EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT ICING POTENTIAL /CIP/
