THE NWSTG REPORTS THAT THE FTP SERVICES (AFS DIRECTORIES) HAVE BEEN
RESTORED.  THERE IS A BACK UP OF DATA NOW COMING THROUGH THE SYSTEM, SO OLD
AND NEW DATA  MAY BE SEEN.  PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE THESE QUEUES WORK OFF.
