NCF HAS RESOLVED PROBLEMS IN TRANSFER OF DATA WITH NWSTG.  OVER THE PAST
SEVERAL HOURS, EXCESSIVE QUEUES BUILT AT NWSTG AND AT NCF. PRODUCTS
WERE LOST. AT PRESENT, THERE ARE NO MORE QUEUES AND DATA TRANSFER IS CURRENT.
