WSR-88D SITES WERE SUCCESSFULLY TRANSMITTED TO THE
DEMONSTRATION  PARTICIPANTS DEDICATED COMMUNICATIONS
LINES AND ALSO MADE AVAILABLE FOR FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL
/FTP/ ACCESS.

/RESULTS EXCEED PERFORMANCE CRITERION OF 95.0 PERCENT/

AVERAGE END-TO-END PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMELINESS
THE RADAR PRODUCTS WERE COLLECTED FROM THE WSR-88D
SITES AND DELIVERED TO THE DEMONSTRATION PARTICIPANTS

FOR FTP ACCESS IN AN AVERAGE OF 50.3 SECONDS.

THE OPERATIONS DEMONSTRATION ESTABLISHED RPCCDS
PERFORMANCE EXCEEDING THE PASS/FAIL CRITERIA
PREDETERMINED IN THE DEMONSTRATION PLAN.  THE
RESULTS DEMONSTRATE THE RPCCDS IS OPERATING IN
A RELIABLE CONFIGURATION... WITH TIMELY RADAR PRODUCT
DELIVERY AND FTP ACCESS AVAILABILITY TO ALL USERS.

THE NWS CERTIFIES THE OPERATIONAL READINESS OF THE
