THURSDAY JULY 13 THE NCEP IBM SP COMPUTER WILL BE TAKEN DOWN
FOR MAINTENANCE FROM 1700Z TO 2100Z.  DURING THIS TIME THERE
WILL NOT BE ANY PRODUCTION FROM THE IBM.  THE 18Z ETA AND AVN
WILL BE DELAYED.  THE FSL RUC2 BACKUP WILL BE EMPLOYED DURING
THE IBM OUTAGE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
