251850Z...due to the space shuttle launch being scrubbed
today due to high winds goes 8 rso will be terminated at
1926z instead of continuing until 2026z.  shuttle launch
has been rescheduled now for 1924z tomorrow...goes 8 rso
will be requested for that launch window.

fyi...starting today hpc will be issuing two additional
codsrp..wmo header fsus2kwbc..sfc high/low and frontal
bulletins giving 36 and 48hr positions from the 00z and
12z fcst cycles...if this causes any problems please
contact the ncep sdm at 3017638298...thanks.
