          reports (FM 15-X Ext.) and individual TAF reports
          (FM 51-X Ext.) from 1 February 2000, 0000 UTC
  
Please be informed, that with effect from 1 February 2000,
0000 UTC the group YYGGggZ (day of the month and time of
observation of METAR reports or date and time of origin
of forecasts in hours and minutes UTC followed by the letter
indicator Z) will be included after the Location Indicator
(CCCC) in individual METAR and TAF reports from Germany
distributed under the headings
  
SADL31/32/33/34/35 EDZO
FCDL31/32/33/34/35/36 EDZO
