467 NOUS01 KWBC 301544 MESSAGE 97-42 THE REVISED TOVS /RTOVS/ IS SCHEDULED TO REPLACE TOVS FOR NOAA-14 DATA ON OCT 15. AT 14 UTC OCT 15 NESDIS WILL REPLACE THE TOVS DATA DISTRIBUTED FOR NOAA-14 WITH RTOVS DATA. THE DATA WILL BE SENT IN THE IDENTICAL FORMAT AS FOR TOVS. THE SATELLITE ID WILL BE UNCHANGED.
