     F.Y.I., NWS experienced Family of Services and Difax outages between 
     0400-0540 GMT.
     
     You may be missing some alpha-numeric data.
     
     Several Difax Charts, including High Level Significant Weather, have 
     also been transmissed incorrectly.
     
     Sorry for any inconvenience.
