FORECAST (TAF) FROM NWS FORECAST OFFICE CLEVELAND OHIO TO NWSO
CINCINNATI OHIO.

THESE CHANGES (WHICH ARE LISTED BELOW) WILL BE TRANSPARENT TO ALL
USERS OF FTS AND TAFS INCLUDING AFOS USERS...THE FAA AND FAMILY
OF SERVICES CUSTOMERS.  NONE OF THE COMMUNICATION IDENTIFIERS ARE
