SERVICE OFFICES /WSO/ IN KANSAS...NEBRASKA AND MISSOURI WILL SHARE
PUBLIC FORECAST AND LONG-FUSE WARNING AND ADVISORY RESPONSIBILITY WITH
WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICES /WSFO/ IN TOPEKA KANSAS...ST. LOUIS
MISSOURI...AND DENVER COLORADO.  THESE CHANGES WILL PROVIDE IMPROVED
SERVICES THROUGH MORE EFFECTIVELY COORDINATED LONG- AND SHORT-FUSE
WARNINGS AND FORECASTS.

    SUBSCRIBERS TO THE NOAA WEATHER WIRE SERVICE /NWWS/ AND FAMILY OF
SERVICES /FOS/ WILL NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO CONTINUE RECEIVING
THESE PRODUCTS.  THIS MEANS THAT NWWS AND FOS PRODUCT IDENTIFIERS FOR
EACH STATE WILL REMAIN THE SAME...REGARDLESS OF THE ISSUING OFFICE. 
THE ISSUING OFFICE...HOWEVER...WILL BE INDICATED IN THE MASS NEWS
DISSEMINATOR BLOCK AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PRODUCT.  PRODUCT
IDENTIFIER CATEGORIES FOR NWWS/FOS ARE -- ZFP/FPUS5 FOR PUBLIC ZONE
FORECASTS...WSW/WWUS46 FOR WINTER WEATHER HAZARDS...AND NPW/WWUS45 FOR
NON-PRECIPITATION HAZARDS SUCH AS HIGH WIND...FROST/FREEZES...
RESTRICTIONS TO VISIBILITY AND HEAT AND HUMIDITY.

     WSFO TOPEKA WILL ISSUE THE KANSAS ZONE FORECAST PRODUCT /TOPZFPKS
/FPUS5 KTOP/  AT 4 A.M. AND 4 P.M. CENTRAL TIME FOR ALL KANSAS ZONES. 
WSFO ST. LOUIS WILL ISSUE THE MISSOURI ZONE PRODUCT /STLZFPMO/FPUS5
KSTL/ FOR ALL MISSOURI ZONES ALSO AT 4 A.M. AND 4 P.M. CENTRAL TIME. 
WSFO DENVER WILL CONTINUE TO ISSUE FORECASTS FOR ALL COLORADO ZONES
/DENZFPCO/FPUS5 KDEN/ AT 430 A.M....1030 A.M....430 P.M....AND 930
P.M. MOUNTAIN TIME.  AS NECESSARY...THESE WSFOS ALSO WILL ISSUE WINTER
WEATHER AND NON-PRECIPITATION WARNINGS OR ADVISORIES AT THESE
SCHEDULED TIMES FOR ANY OR ALL ZONES WITHIN THEIR STATE.
