radiosonde instrument changes

Effective 0000 (UCT) June 1, 1994, the following National Weather Service 
(NWS) Upper Air Offices will begin flying VIZ "B" radiosondes.

The above mentioned sites will all be able to fly VIZ transponder 
radiosondes, except for Del Rio, TX, which does not have the ranging adjunct.

All remaining NWS sites currently flying SDD radiosondes will switch to 
Vaisala instruments later this year.
