Update and my apologies! It seems I was fiddling just as the outage
occurred. The pqact.conf change I made was incorrect and ended up breaking
things again. Returning it to the NNEXRAD feedtype has restored data flow
after the outage was fixed at the NWS end. Sorry again for my fumbling!
