I had a chat with Chiz last week about upcoming changes to the SBN data
content (Nexrad Level III products in particular), and his efforts at
providing a more fault tolerant approach to extracting metadata used in
the creation of product IDs.  This work is scheduled to be completed and
rolled into a new release some time this spring.  It will not, however,
be ready in time for the test on March 15.
