Hi. This question is originally posted on NetCDF github repository: https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/issues/2533#issuecomment-1287859251 The main problem is that the cmake package finder that NetCDF provides involve some external libraries such as zlib and HDF5, but those are linked to non-existing ones. I want to use cmake to build my project so hope there are some solutions or alternatives.
