Dear All, I need to convert TAI time (International atomic time) N seconds (i.e. since 1993-01-01 00:00:00.000) in data files to human understandable convention (i.e. year/month/date/time). Is it possible to do using netCDF lib.? N values formats are double (integers). Every data files there are 1000's of such values. I am using FORTRAN code to read the data files.
