Our goal for netCDF Fortran 4.4.0 is to have CMake builds working reasonably, as a basis for building netCDF Fortran from source on Windows. We aren't there yet, but have recently gotten some expert help from GitHub contributions toward that goal. I can't estimate when we will have a release, but it's a priority. --Russ
