[netcdfgroup] netcdf 4.3.0 and netcdf fortran installation

Hi,

After installed netcdf 4.3.0, I tried to install netcdf-fortran 4.2.
I followed the instruction of this page

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-fortran-install.html 

However, there is no file configure in the netcdf-fortran directory:

and cannot continue. Am I missing something?  Any suggestion is appreciated.
