Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
by the way... I just installed cygwin a few days back, it has both NetCDF and HDF libraries with it... If I am not wrong, it also has ‘udunits’ that might be useful... Give it a try to the ‘setup.exe’ to install the additional packages if you don’t really want to compile NetCDF from scratch. - fabrício From: Derek Goring Sent: Friday, June 14, 2013 1:04 AM To: NetCDF Mailing List Cc: Mark Hadfield Subject: Re: [netcdfgroup] Win 7 Fortran netCDF Hi Mark I've survived with Win XP and CVF all this time (> a decade), but now it's time to upgrade. Back then, I just linked netcdfs.lib and everything was sweet. Things have changed........... So, I've tried installing the C library, but it can't find the hdf5 library. These days the Fortran library is separate from the C library. You have to install the C library first; netcdf.h comes with that.
