Howdy YB Zheng!

To compile under mingw32, you need to get the latest daily snapshot:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz

This doesn't yet work with the remote access client. So on mingw32,
build with --disable-dap. (I'm working on the dap build...)

To get the compiled DLLs with the viusual studio import library (the
.lib file) get this:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf4_dlls_vs.zip

To get a daily snapshot of the DLLs (but you have to create your own
Visual Studio import library) get:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf4_dlls_snapshot.zip
