Yes, multi-dimensional tables are what NetCDF is for. Use the standard 
functions of your preferred interface.

Hi all,

Is there any method to save 3-dimensional data set into netCDF?

I mean...
I have a data set which is a 3-dimensional data set (14086,108,20000), so I 
would like to save this data set into netCDF.
