Re: [netcdfgroup] building netcdf for IBM BG/P


I haven't built netcdf for BG/P compute nodes (just the login nodes),
but for the  netCDF-3 series, it is probably not so different from
pnetcdf; (minus the requirement for MPI)

Building netCDF-4 might be a bit harder, but if you managed to build
HDF5-1.8 on BlueGene/P, then you're more than halfway there I bet.

That helped me get going.

Now I am encountering an issue in the configure with

        ac_cv_prog_ac_ct_DUMPBIN='link -dump -symbols'
but link doesn't support these options on BG/P. Anyone have a clue regarding how to work around this?
