[netcdfgroup] New release of Objective-C wrapper for netCDF

I am pleased to announce that the NetcdfStep framework for Mac OS X is now 1.0.0. That's right, the stable release. (The GNUstep version will follow soon.) This framework offers a variety of value-added features to the basic functionality of the netCDF 3.6 library.
