A couple of untested options. 1. I think the NDFD Decoder can go from NetCDF to traditional GIS formats. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/mdl/NDFD_GRIB2Decoder/ 2. Frank Warmerdam's GDAL/OGR is the swiss army knife of GIS formats http://www.gdal.org/It is always a good idea to bother your ESRI sales rep and ask about NetCDF support as well. Make sure the company knows that the demand exists out there.
