Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.
NCO 2.2.2 is released. This is a bugfix release with no new features. See the NCO homepage at nco.sf.net for a description of NCO. The main change since 2.2.1 is a fix to a rare problem which could cause core dumps when ncwa was invoked with a weight that did not conform to some of the variables that were to be averaged. Therefore you should upgrad if you use ncwa. The other change was to revert ncap to a pure_parser. This appears to improve behavior on Linux. There are no binaries with this release. This release is available through CVS only. The tag is nco-2_2_2, e.g., cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/nco login cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/nco co -r nco-2_2_2 -kk nco Enjoy!
